Almost 6 years, I believe. Last trip was when VT lost to Duke in Lane.

Was that 2013?

I'm sad to say that the thought of making the effort to attend another game at this stage in my life just isn't appealing. I NEVER thought I would say that - I used to be as die-hard as anyone I have ever met. But I finally had to tone down my fandom, because I was taking it to an unhealthy level. Couple that with starting a family and having more and more work responsibilities, and I really just can't see going out of my way to attend a game these days.

Hopefully that will change in the next season of life, but right now, it's my reality.
